Today we’re sharing an additional email template we’ve added to the “PDF/Email Templates” section of your RepairShopr account.
This new, optional ticket template sends when tickets are marked as resolved, so you can send a customized email to your customers when you complete work on their tickets. Simply enable this email setting in the “Ticket Settings” section of your account, customize your “Ticket Resolved Email” template, and create a better experience for your customers!
