Stay tuned for news and updates

Hey RepairShoprs — Happy Friday!

Today we’re sharing some major updates we’ve made to Recurring Tickets within RepairShopr, all based on User Community feedback.

First and foremost, we added a “New Recurring Ticket” button to the Recurring Tickets page so you can quickly and easily start generating a new Recurring Ticket with one click. After clicking, you’ll be presented with several fields to edit and generate the Recurring Ticket. This is similar to the user interface used when generating Recurring Invoices within RepairShopr.

We added two highly requested functions to this page: you can assign Assets to a Recurring Ticket which will appear on each Recurring Ticket generated on the schedule of your choosing, and you can now include Ticket Worksheets! You can even see the history of edits made to a Recurring Ticket template if you wish.

You also no longer need to be a Global Admin to access this feature! There are now Security Group settings to enable this functionality on non-Global Admin accounts.

We hope you enjoy these updates and look forward to bringing you more user-requested updates soon!
