Today we’re sharing a highly requested integration with Twilio.
Using your own Twilio account within RepairShopr, you’re able to use a phone number of your choosing to send SMS to Customers. You can even utilize this service with our Marketr feature to mass-text groups of Customers of your choosing!
In addition, inbound text messages can be configured so that they attach to a Customer or Ticket in your RepairShopr account, and we have SMS templates pre-configured for you.
For our advanced users, we offer the ability to enable Twilio Studio Flows to give you even more powerful customization over various actions you wish to have happen within your RepairShopr + Twilio account.
To get started, head to the RepairShopr App Center and search for the Twilio app card. Follow the instructions on the app details page to enable the integration and then configure everything to your liking.
