Hey RepairShoprs — Happy Friday!

Today we’ve got another feature update for you, straight from our Community-Driven Development Track. A special shout-out goes to James Moore for the request. James wanted a way to add all charges on an estimate to a linked ticket with the click of a button.

He said he was consistently spending a lot of time manually carrying those charges over to an associated ticket once estimates were approved. James presented his use case and we wholeheartedly agreed. So, we’ve gone ahead and developed just that. You’ll now find a new action on estimates which allows you to carry over all charges to a linked ticket with a single click.

So congratulations to James for the winning submission, and we can’t wait to see what you all come up with next!
