Hey RepairShoprs – Happy Wednesday!
This week we’re sharing a user-requested addition to Invoice and Estimate PDFs within RepairShopr.
You can now add your own custom message to a generated Invoice and/or Estimate, under the “Memo” section we’ve added into the PDF version of each template. Simply use the new template tags — {{invoice_message}} and {{estimate_message}} — to place the message text anywhere within the PDF templates for your Estimates and Invoices. You can edit the text that will appear via the “Invoice Message” and “Estimate Message” fields we’ve added below the line item section of the Invoice and Estimate editors.
If you do not wish to use this feature, simply leave the message field blank and don’t add the template tag to your PDF templates.
