Hey RepairShoprs – Happy Feature Friday!
Today’s feature update is short and sweet, but oh-so-good. We’re happy to announce that you can now send SMS messages without having to type text into the Ticket Comment email body field!
Previously, an error would appear if you tried to send an SMS message from the SMS body field, but the Ticket Comment email body field was blank.
Now, you can simply type the text you wish to send in the SMS message field alone and send it out.
Pro Tip: Your SMS messages will be auto-generated as public comments, so they will still appear in the Customer Portal and on PDFS 🙂
