Hey RepairShoprs – Happy Feature Friday!
The highly anticipated multiple Ticket Timer capability is now available in RepairShopr!
This new feature allows you to start and run Ticket Timers across multiple Tickets at the same time, making it easier to properly track time spent on specific jobs if you’re working on more than one at a time. This also makes tracking and/or billing for labor more efficient, as prior to this update, only one Ticket Timer could be run at a time.
You’ll notice a new addition to the top bar of your RepairShopr account called “active timers” anytime you have at least one timer running.
If you click the “active timers” text, you will see a list of all Ticket Timers currently running. Additionally, if you click on any single timer log from the list, it will take you directly into the Ticket where the timer is running.
