Today we’re excited to share a user-requested feature that was just added to the Leads module.
Email history between Leads and techs is now automatically added to the Ticket Comments field when a Lead is converted to a Ticket in RepairShopr!

Communicating with Leads is a great way to get questions answered from a potential (or current) Customer before converting the job into a Ticket. By using the Email tab in the Leads module of RepairShopr, you can gather useful information about the job via email.
Prior to this update, the email chain between a Lead and tech would remain in the Leads module even after the Lead was converted to a Ticket. This required the tech to leave the Ticket and search for the Lead in order to view any previous communication (and get access to the information collected).
Now those email chains are automatically added as Ticket Comments after a Lead is converted, so all valuable information lives in one place for easy access!
