Today we’ve got something short and sweet for you.
We’re happy to share that the Customer Purchase status now automatically updates as certain steps are completed within the purchase flow!
This works very similar to the way Ticket status updates work:
- Send messages to your Customers via Ticket Comments
- Create Invoices for Tickets
- Ticket status automatically updates to reflect current phase of the Ticket cycle
The Customer Purchase status now does the same – it reflects the current phase of the Customer Purchase as certain steps are completed within the flow.
