Hey RepairShoprs – Happy Tuesday!

Today we’re sharing a small, but highly requested update to the Customers module within RepairShopr.

You can now archive Customers, which means you can separate out your active Customers from your inactive ones. This can be useful if you have a Customer you’re no longer working with and therefore don’t want to appear in things like Customer Saved Searches, but do want to have record of their historical data by ensuring that they remain in your RepairShopr account.

Simply head to the Customer you’d like to archive and select “Archive” from the “Actions” drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Customer Details page. Click “Yes” on the prompt that appears. That’s all there is to it!

You can also view a list of all archived Customers from the Customers index page and re-enable them on an as-needed basis.
