We’ve been having way too much fun lately.. Credit card swiping works now!
A few small bugs got fixed, we improved the canned responses a little bit, and now you can track the ref number or check number on the payment form.
Payments are syncing to Quickbooks Online now, so invoices/customers/payments all sync properly (one-way).
We made it so when a customer replies to a ticket it doesn’t update the date, so they will continue to turn yellow and red even if the customer is asking for an update.
The timeclock was improved, it’s now super fast.
We added a reminder system for techs to set reminders, soon we’ll have some integrations that automatically set reminders.
