Today we’re sharing an important tip that can help you spiff up your invoices and make them more legible for your team & customers.
We hear quite often that people want their line items to look good and be readable for their clients, and they wonder how to achieve this in RepairShopr.
If you head to the admin page and ‘Ticket Preferences’ -> ‘Additional Settings’, you’ll find two fields: Customized Text for Ticket Timer Charges and Customized Text for Ticket Charges. Using these fields, you can customize your line item text and make the information more readable and useful.
