Hey there,

Quick update - we just deployed a new Ticket Autoresponder feature!

It's an additional setting on your "Mailbox" (Admin, Mailboxes).

We call this Per-Mailbox Autoresponders - now you can go to your Email Templates and configure the global ticket autoresponder, or set an override autoresponder on a per-mailbox basis.
