We left this out for a long time, and nobody said anything for a long time – but it makes sense to be an available feature.
We left it off by default because if you don’t need the feature – you don’t want it showing on the page and cluttering the interface. Most operations probably can get by just fine without this – but – for those of you that do need it – enjoy!
Go to Settings -> Enable Ticket Assignment
Now your tickets can be filtered by technician, and tech can be set on ticket change, ticket detail, and new ticket screens.
You can bookmark the search results page to “save the search” if you just want to see your own tickets.
