Hey there - we really wanted the system to be out of your way, and let you jump right in - so one of the things we had to do was make some assumptions for you when you create your account.
We put in some placeholder settings that don't prevent you from using the system, but once you are firing off emails to real customers you are going to want to change.
The settings page is the main place to focus on tweaking things to fit your specific workflows.
