Welcome to another Feature Friday! 

The ticket timer feature has been upgraded a couple times lately – now it does much more than it did when it was first introduced. You can easily manually add entries in the log, and also require your users to enter some time value with every ticket comment.

All of this can be reported on in Domo with tons of power.
