Friday is here – Happy Friday!

Today we want to showcase Ticket Automations. This is a module that allows you to setup rules that do things like:

IF a ticket is status “Waiting on Customer” AND is not updated in “48” hours, THEN publicly comment saying “Just a reminder we are waiting for your answer!” AND post a message in our slack room “#alerts”

Using this you can setup all kinds of cool things to happen, automatically close old tickets, assign things that are un-assigned, the sky is the limit.
