Feature Release – Warn When Marking A Ticket As Resolved With Uncharged Time
We’ve added an admin setting that you can toggle which will throw an alert any time one of your technicians tries to resolve a ticket with uncharged time.

We’ve added the ability to carry over custom names between Tickets, Estimates, and Invoices automatically.
