Let’s talk Leads Module.
Hopefully you have dozens or hundreds of Leads to manage at any one time. It’s a good problem to have, but it can get a little unruly.
We’ve recently made some improvements to the Leads Module that should make managing potential customers and jobs easier, so today we’re going to take you through those update.
1) Bulk Editing: apply bulk edits to all Leads with a just couple clicks to organize quickly
2) Spam: blacklist email addresses to prevent Spam email from getting into your inbox and bothering you
3) Threaded Emails: historically when you received a new Lead and then replied to that customer, it also created a new Lead. Now the response is just added to the email thread. TL;DR: email away from the Leads module.
