Today we’re sharing an improvement to our Ticket Worksheets feature.

3 Quick Changes to Improve Your Workflows in RepairShopr

If you’re using RepairShopr’s Beta user interface (UI), please look for this update in your account within the next few hours! You’ll notice that we have removed the Worksheets tab from the Ticket overview page in order to reduce clicks and make things simpler for you.

Now, instead of Worksheets being on a separate tab within a Ticket, it exists as its own section in the Ticket overview itself, along with the other existing ticket sections like the Labor Log and Communications sections.

We hope this makes your Ticket workflows smoother and faster, while also giving them more of a spotlight to help you make your workflows more custom and dynamic.
