Today we’re revealing a small feature update that’s sure to bring you major time-saving results.
Customer Purchases now appear in Search all the Things! For those who might not know why this is so awesome, let’s take a look…
Previously, when trying to track down information about an unlabeled item in your shop, you might’ve tried to search for it using RepairShopr’s “Search all the Things” search bar. This works seamlessly if the product/device was inputted as an Asset or just added to Inventory. However, if the product was a Customer Purchase, you’d then have to go into the Customer Purchase module in RepairShopr in order to search for the product there.
Now you can quickly search any product serial using Search all the Things and data about that product will appear! You can see if it was added to Inventory, if it was sold, listed as an Asset on a Customer profile, or if it was simply a Customer Purchase.
This addition to Search all the Things truly provides a more complete search process, revealing products that may have seemed invisible before. Whether you’re doing a stock take or trying to sort through unlabeled items in the shop, this update will save you valuable time.
